Returns Policy

Please reach out with your concern, we will do our best to resolve. We accept returns of unworn items within 7 days of delivery, Buyer covers shipping fee. Please start a return request by emailing us at knotsbyesmera@gmail.com or use the Contact page.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
